Senior Full-Stack Engineer Urgent
Lead backend architecture and performant web portals for our proprietary products and international client platforms. Heavy focus on clean code, REST APIs, and database efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend services and responsive frontends for enterprise clients across 7 countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted daily field visits to schools, colleges, medical stores/pharmacies, and commercial businesses across Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur.
- Meet decision-makers (School Principals, Business Owners, Managing Directors) in person and present live, engaging software demos of ShikZya and EZPharmo.
- Understand each client’s operational bottlenecks, manual workload, and revenue goals to pitch tailored ZilFox software and marketing solutions.
- Drive the full client acquisition cycle: direct field visits, relationship building, product presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate daily field visit logs, client follow-up pipelines, and feedback to coordinate directly with company leadership.
What We Look For
- Energetic, proactive personality with high persuasive ability and confidence in face-to-face communication (Fluent Nepali; conversational English).
- Strong passion for technology and ability to quickly learn software workflows to deliver compelling live client demonstrations.
- Enthusiasm for being on the ground, travelling across Kathmandu Valley, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical and on-page SEO audits, schema markup implementation, and crawl budget optimization.
- Formulate data-driven keyword maps, content clusters, and high-converting funnel architectures.
- Monitor rankings, indexation, organic traffic KPIs, and conversion analytics via GA4 & GSC.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure web performance directly drives search superiority.
