The Story Behind ZilFox

"Engineer the system properly first, then build the demand that fills it. Two halves of the same job — and one team answerable for both."

ZilFox Technologies is a software company in Kathmandu, started in 2026 by Co-Founders Sunil Sharma and Kamal Neupane. We engineer the systems a business actually runs on — ERP platforms, CRM systems, booking engines, e-commerce and internal dashboards — and then run the SEO and paid campaigns that fill them.

That order is deliberate. Most agencies sell marketing for a product that was never built properly: campaigns and creative poured over software that cannot carry them. We chose the harder half first, so the growth work has something solid to stand on. And because a single team owns both halves, accountability for the result sits in one place instead of being passed between vendors.

That discipline now extends to our own products. ShikZya, EZPharmo, afnoCA and TaboraX run in production under the ZilFox name, maintained by the same engineers who build for clients.

The two of them came at that problem from opposite sides, and still do. Sunil's side is engineering — how a system is architected, and how the marketing that fills it is measured. Kamal's is manufacturing automation and quality assurance: in manufacturing, work is not finished when it is built, but when it has been tested and proven. That is now how software leaves ZilFox.

ZilFox has worked out of Kathmandu from day one, and was formally incorporated there the same year as ZilFox Technologies Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at 29, Ghattekulo Marga, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal — serving clients across seven countries with more than 60 delivered projects.
